Friday, April 9, 2010 Faith Lutheran Church - Celebration Campus 3100 Evergreen Dr. Appleton, WI (just north of Hwy 41 off Ballard Rd) Come early and participate in the FREE Resource Fair at 6:00 pm. Nearly 30% of adults spend at least 20 hours per week caring for a family member who has a disability or long-term illness...an aging parent, a child with special needs, an adult sibling or spouse with disability or long-term illness. This free pre-concert event by area health and human services agencies and businesses prior to the concert will provide family caregivers and others with valuable information.
